It has been over 30 years since I graduated from the University of Washington and began the practice of law. In that time I have tried murder cases for both the prosecution and defense, tried civil cases of all kinds, and represented clients in all levels of our State`s appellate courts. Until 1999 I headed the largest civil and criminal law office in the area (Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney's Office). I now maintain a solo practice with an emphasis on real property, construction and probate issues. I do not accept domestic relations (divorce/child support), bankruptcy, or misdemeanor cases. New clients come to me primarily by referral.
